AIEO Checkup Docs

Getting Started

Connect your brand to AIEO Checkup and run your first AI visibility audit in minutes.

Prerequisites

  • An AIEO Checkup account — create one free
  • Your brand name, product names, and a list of 3–5 direct competitors

Step 1: Create a Workspace

After signing in, you will be prompted to create a workspace. A workspace groups all your brands, projects, audits, and monitors in one place.

  1. Click New Workspace on the dashboard home.
  2. Enter a workspace name (e.g. your company name).
  3. Click Create.

You can create multiple workspaces — useful if you manage several brands or clients.

Step 2: Add Your Brand

Inside your workspace:

  1. Click Add Brand.
  2. Enter your brand name exactly as it appears in public (e.g. "Acme Corp").
  3. Add your domain (e.g. acme.com) — used for citation tracking in GEO Audit.
  4. Add up to 5 competitor brand names for benchmarking.
  5. Select your industry category to help AIEO Checkup generate a relevant prompt corpus.
  6. Click Save Brand.

Step 3: Generate Your Prompt Corpus

AIEO Checkup automatically builds a corpus of prompts that reflect how real users ask AI engines about your category.

  1. Navigate to Prompts → Corpus.
  2. Review the auto-generated prompts. You can edit, remove, or add your own.
  3. Tag prompts by intent (informational, commercial, navigational) or funnel stage.
  4. Click Confirm Corpus when you're satisfied.

A typical corpus contains 50–200 prompts depending on your category breadth.

Step 4: Run Your First Audit

With your corpus confirmed:

  1. Go to AI Visibility → Run Audit.
  2. Select the supported AI engines to include (all six are selected by default).
  3. Click Start Run.

AIEO Checkup will fire each prompt across your selected engines and parse responses for brand mentions, citations, sentiment, and competitor presence. A full run typically completes within 10–30 minutes depending on corpus size.

Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard

Once your first run is complete:

  • AI Visibility — View your overall Visibility Score and per-engine breakdown.
  • GEO Audit — See which of your pages were cited and get fix recommendations.
  • AEO Audit — Review your prompt attribution matrix and identify competitor-owned queries.
  • Prompts — Browse the raw AI responses behind every data point.

Step 6: Set Up Monitors

To receive ongoing alerts without manually triggering runs:

  1. Go to Monitors → New Monitor.
  2. Choose the prompts and engines to watch.
  3. Configure alert channels (email, Slack webhook).
  4. Click Activate.

Your monitors will run on a continuous cadence and alert you the moment your brand visibility changes.
