Key Concepts
AI Engine — A generative AI product that produces answers in response to user queries. AIEO Checkup tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Overviews.
Prompt Corpus — The set of queries AIEO Checkup fires against AI engines on your behalf. Prompts are tailored to your category and competitors to reflect real user intent.
Citation — When an AI engine references your brand, product, or domain in a response. Citation frequency and position are the core metrics AIEO Checkup tracks.
Visibility Score — A composite score aggregating your brand's citation frequency across all monitored AI engines, updated daily.
Share of Voice — The percentage of AI-generated answers in your category that mention your brand, compared to total mentions across you and your tracked competitors.
