This is the largest part of your grade because tone shapes trust faster than facts alone. We look at how positively or negatively ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini describe your brand — not just in general, but across the topics buyers care about and the sources those models appear to rely on.
- General tone: whether descriptions skew positive, neutral, or negative when your brand is mentioned
- Topic-level tone: how sentiment shifts between areas like product quality, pricing, support, or innovation
- Source influence: whether the narrative sounds backed by credible references or thin, anecdotal claims
- High scores usually mean consistent praise across engines; low scores often reveal recurring complaints or hesitation baked into training data
